Santa takes SF

• 10:30am - East Bay gathering at Heinhold's First and Last Chance Saloon 56 Jack London Square, Oakland for 11:30 ferry for those who want to first go to the Castro before hitting the Zeitgeist.
• Noon - East Bay Gathering Heinhold's First and Last Chance Saloon 56 Jack London Square, Oakland
• 1:45 - Ferry Trip: Oakland to SF Ferry Building

• Noon - Meet Castro heading Santas at Ferry building as they arrive from Oakland. Then head to the Castro before hitting the Zeitgeist.
• 2:30pm - San Francisco Gathering / Zeitgeist / Valencia at Duboce
• 3:30pm - Santarchy!
  Bring toys, mistletoe, beer money, lube, Santafication tools (to make others into Santas), wear comfortable shoes - because Rudolph got drunk again and can't cart your sorry ass around.
• 10pm - After-party / Anon Salon / 285 9th Street at Folsom.
  Santas get in for $5 if you know the password. Password will be distributed at the last bar. Santa will be staked out on the Anon Salon roofdeck, and party patrons will be notified that Santas lap will be available for sitting - whether they've been naughty OR nice.
